yeah today baking/pasta day lol
went to find recipe...
copying down using my G1 pen lol
then zhi called...
impaitent guy.. zz
then jy keep crapping abt his
soon to be polygon reactor pui
forced to eat lunch
then rush down
first off when to bangkit to carry thh's oven lol!
halfway to bangkit
it rained like..legacy
so waited outside bangkit for thh's friend to come..
justin!!!

bored so i decided to take lousy panning shots
zhi gave one of his milk tea to me..
and it did something to my throat...
thanks alot...
worse milk tea ever...

walked in the pouring rain
and it was damn cold!!
after that took oven
then waited while thh and her friend go buy baking supplies...yeahh
after that..
while waiting for some taxi to come buy..
decided to take random pics

some power metre just outside some place hmm

the baking supplies....and the "not so heavy" oven
went to admiratly..(argh i cant spell)
i shall use its chinese name to translate...
hmm..
sea soldier....department?!
deposited our stuff at tjh's house..
then went down to err buy cocoa powder..
argh there dont have..
so went all around admirtaly..
still dont have..
so went to woodlands just to buy that cocoa powder..
then went back...drop off cocoa powder...

zhi and thh forgot to buy pasta..
so went down again to buy that
went up and started cooking!

while zhi and thh are busy with their pasta...
i started baking hmm
quite straightforward..
except it is like my first time baking..
what the heck is one cup?!
anyway later found out it is abt 5 scoops

raw cookie dough!!!
it looks nice!
though i didn't try it..
i dont wanna contaminate the whole thing lol!
i think by the time i finished this step..
zhi's pasta is done..
busy ~~adding~~ spamming chilli and tomato sauce

damn tiring to stir..

alot of energy taken to stir!!

after alot of time...yeah
the cookie dough is finally done!
after adding flour, baking soda (the container says bicarbonate of soda..sounds cooler lol),salt
found out i can make 2 batches of cookies..
so the first one is put into the oven!

you know..it looks alot like..
hmm never mind
one cookie out of these 14 is the odd one out..
try to figure which one is it lol
i think it has 90% chips and 10% dough
and is obscene

time progresses...
cookies are turning brown!!

and become browner

thicker

wider

taller

and more like

double choc chip cookies

at this time me zhi thh thh's sis are eating...

pasta!

not bad lol rly..

except its like sweet and spicy..

weird combo

oooo and its done woot!

and now we all learn some basic stuff
zhi kept poking the just-baked-cookies with a chopstick

and its soft..

well duh lol!
heard of the molten state?
but of course since we just ate the pasta
and had nothing to do...
just went ahead to eat the hot cookie
turns out....

not bad!
except beacause its just out of the oven..
the exterior is hard..
while the inside is soft and hot..

next up bake the 2nd batch of cookies

this time put the heater to heat the upper part..
where the cookies are placed yeah...

not much after that..

homed..

looked for wrapping paper..

couldnt find..

so went 7/11 get those paper bags heh1

next up friday..

went riding with john..

fell down somewhere along BT

hurts like hell...
