21st January - another cycling trip? to where?!
off to the north we go!
what ganesh meant was going to Sembawang
met with ganesh and jy at KSS
jy's 661 gloves are wow
look damn nice
but i have this "dont like full gloves" thing
so yeah
hope that the 2010 half gloves version look much nicer than the 2009 one

THE BENCH IS GONE
excuse this random annoucement but
yes the bench is GONE!

tried on one contacts today
cause i was rushed for time
and it was a pain wearing my left eye lens
cause its astig lens
so decided to wear the right one only
anyway the optical shop advised me to wear on the right only lol!
since my left eye is like only 25 degrees
but 50 astig means imba blur
oh if you are wondering what astig is, wiki it heh
but yeah it feels alright
long distances ok
short distances no (blur spots occuring)

ganesh...he took the cycling world by storm
armed with a full suspension bike
he was able....

...
match our speed..
not to mention being able to ride faster on the downhill
i see a potential rider in ganesh

stopped by this bottletree place
wanted to go fishing but
john said "NO"
cause no one fishes in the morning
no fish will bite the bait
or will they?

went to this bike shop called
cheap john
cool place
stopped by sembawang park after that
second time ever going there

prior to that we went to some place i forgot
saw this awesome guitar shop
cheap but is it good? who knows
ate this chicken rice and i got to tell you
its the worst i've ever tasted
jy and ganesh can agree to this

i found a fly in my soup
second
soup doesnt taste like soup
but like plain water
with this weird cucumber/fish drain/vege taste
third
rice does not have that chicken rice taste

but enough of the chicken rice rant

stoned around sembawang park..
enjoyed the scenary
the waves
the sea view

went back to cck via t15 route
damn mimosas
they are painful!
ganesh's first trail run
and he had a fall
but he was pro
and let the bike take the fall for him

stopped by this hawker centre somewhere in BT
and i would like to say
"cycling is an expensive sport"
u think i might gonna say this next
"cause of the upgrades, repairs, maintenance"
nope but because of the food
seriously even after eating a meal
i have that
go-eat-something-or-you-are-going-to-get-that-uncomfortable-feeling-in-your-stomach feeling
....which i can summarise in one word
hunger

so yeah on the way back to my house i was starving
stopped by cck to buy cake for eugene's surprise
then ahem went back...
