how sweet the sound!

today's amazingrace!
at botanic gardens!
which is a beautiful place.
like seriously.
its my first time there
(yeah deprived childhood lol)
and whoa is it huge!
i thought it was like a normal park but noooo

HIGHTLIGHTS
learnt more about easter through the games.
games were like amazing race styled where you have to run.
and i realised my group spent most of the time running.
we had to run back and forth botanic gardens....
like three times!
what a great PT session but of course this isn't the main point of this event hahah.

had this station where you had to solve this mystery.
having to do with this sundial.
ah but the solution is only revealed next week.
quite a smart tactic!


swan lake
at this point i was sweating like non-stop.
indeed i didn't anticipate that much running!
i guess i should have worn a dry-fit shirt and running shoes.
ah but wait i dont have running shoes...not anymore.
my last one got so badly worn out i dont think its usable anymore.

I think Kairos was the most gung-ho group?!
Only groups who ran i think.
and yup we won the 1st and 2nd positions.
YEAH!

Learnt something great today at Justin's station.
Goes something like this,
the gospels have 5 colours.
Green Black Red White and Yellow.
Cant remember the exact phrasing...
Green represents when we were conceived on earth
Black when we were first tainted with sin
Red when Jesus shed his blood for our sins
White when we are now clean
Yellow represents heaven (streets made of gold)

saw him making the map and whoa.
his skills are good!
it looks super nice right!

ended at around 6pm.
ate food cooked by Eunice! (and its really nice!)
then as usual for every DI event i brought my frisbee.
played ultimate frisbee in botanic gardens.
at first there was confusion cause it was hard to distinguish team players.
in the end great game played by the teams!

overall great day!
very meaningful and educational!
