Saw this piece of news today reading the Straits Times.
It's about the recent hurricane that hit Philippines and apparently the DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) posted a poorly photoshopped photo with the caption that their three officials are 'inspecting' the damage done. Hm a piece of news about integrity issues and corrupted organisations....but what's funny is the response to the photoshopped picture. It spawned a meme where netizens photoshop the three officials in basically everywhere. Damn funny and I laughed alot in the library. This is photobombing to the max until cannot max anymore!

Found out that my grades changed prolly due to moderation, so instead of BCC/S it's BCC/E.
One less grade to jump! Some random thought, if ligaments are made of collagen, does consuming more collagen strengthen/heal ligaments? Hm....
